2005 e2 suspension squeaks

Are there any replacement bushings for the front suspension or do I need to replace upper and lower control arms to quiet it down ?

https://www.nevaccessories.com/ Sales them. They are a PITA to press in though.

I’d find out why it is squeaking.
Is the rubber collapsed so far that there is steel rubbing on steel somewhere?
Or is the bushing collar rotating on the bolt and maybe it just needs a dab of grease?

Or something not bushing related, like maybe a ball joint?

Thanks. I’ll place the order today. Any advice or tips on installation?

Dry ice, oxy-acetylene, 10 or 20 ton press and good luck.

Oh a first aid kit might not be a bad idea for patching the hole in the torso of the guy that gets hit by one as it flies across the shop.

I used a 20 ton press
The rears should be easy, if your replacing them.
The problem is trying to get to each side of the fronts. They are lined up, and there is not much of a gap between them to get them into the press.

I used a bunch of different size sockets to press them in and out.

Maybe someone else has an easier way.

I didn’t try throwing them in the freezer, I know that method works great on seadoo wear rings.

Yeah, I hear you. I tried on my '02, gave up, couldn’t budge it. Stopped short of clobbering it with the the oxy-ac torch because front lowers are cast on 99-04 which is risky with a 5700F torch and it’s a 100% commitment when you start melting the elastomer in there.
