I have a 2002 E825. When I plug in the charger, the dash blinks red and I get a two tone beep. It doesnt charge. The batteries all test pretty even with the pack voltage is 72.3 volts. I have unplugged the din plug on the top of the Zivan charger and it still doesnt charge. The batteries are 2 years old. My battery disconnect is on green. I have this car for a few months and it was charging fine…until.now
Ok… Charger plugged in . Red light either solid or blinking, what is the voltage coming out of charger. Measure it at the plug at the top of the charger. If it’s not putting out, you’ll have to have it repaired. A couple of guys here can do it or you can send to elcon in Sacramento where I sent mine. They repaired it and upgraded the eprom for less than 200 bucks. Elcon is short for "electric conversions ".
I have charged all batteries individually. The charger does not function. I am going to pull the charger and send it in for repair.
