I purchased a 2000 GEM a couple of months ago while I was traveling. I intend to use it around town and trailer it to trap shoots to be used to get around. I’m interested in learning what it takes, and how to program the controller and any other upgrades. 
This is what my 2000 came with from IMS. Was pretty snappy.
