14 inch Ride 4 Fun

I got the 30 amp in line fuse installed today, then hooked it up to a battery in the car. I can’t believe it will put out what they claim, and the fan doesn’t move that much air, turned all the way up,and the heated air was not that hot. What did bother me though is as long as the heater is hooked up to the battery, the red led on the side shows, letting you know the power is on for the heater. The only thing I can think of doing is putting a toggle switch in line,to cut the power going to the heater!:frowning: Now I have to find one rated for 30 amps. Most are rated at 20 amps max.

Ron, can’t remember for sure, but I believe Radio Shack has the hi amp switch you need.

Thanks,I’ll check them out!:thumb:

Just got to thinking, if RS doesn’t have it, Napa auto parts will for sure.

Thanks, they both have it,but I will go to NAPA. I think their parts are a little better quality!
