2005…7hp. When…and only when…I let up on the accelerator there is a low hum and minor vibration.
Same at all speeds. This is not the ying…ying…sound. But a much lower but distinct sort of buzzing sound…and can feel very minor vibration in floor boards and steering wheel.

Check input shaft splines for wear, also rubber bumper.
Remove the motor. Where the motor slides into the Transmission (that’s the input shaft)
That’s whats causing your problem. 99% sure of it. You might just wanna order a Imput shaft kit from Rodney. Get a whole new one with bearings and updated seals and a new rubber bumper for the inside of the motor
Replace the bumper. I just did it and it runs quiet.
