Trailer hitch fir 2002 gem car

That’s what I was thinking. Forward seems more aerodynamic.

Thinking about this more, I once had a little car that when you pressed down and drug it backwards it wound up a coil spring and when you let it go it shot out across the floor.

Maybe this was a design feature of early GEM cars that the manual was referring to?
(I was actually thinking of adding a big wind-up key to the cab of mine)

Good god no. Doing that risks popping the windshield out. Also take all the seat cushions out that you can or you’ll risk losing them too.

KITT, turbo boost now!
Yes Michael…

I got my manual online and downloaded it very easy your 4x6 trailers should be no problem

Thanks Ernest. I did find some guidance on the Polaris site regarding towing and they state to have the Gem facing forward when transporting on an open trailer. I think that makes sense.

Me bad, your right on that.

I’ve recently had to lug a couple of 2000-02 4 seaters around. Found the uhaul “6’ x 12’ Utility Trailer with Ramp” works perfect. You have about 1 inch on each side if you drive it up the ramp square.
