T5 Controller Parts Availability

Good Evening, I have what seems to be a common Code 66. Failed Mosfets for Forward and Reverse.

Is it possible to purchase the whole card or do I have to sharpen up my soldering skills? Any help is appreciated. I did a search and found multiple places that will repair for $500 plus. I am confident I can make the repairs but would rather replace the whole card, mosfets as a second resort and paying full price for a rebuild is my last resort. Still searching on where to get the parts from for a T5.

A few on here have replaced them in t4. I would not expect t5 to be much different.
Mosfets are usually marked with good numbers. If not replace all 4 with appropriate generic parts.

Being the t5 is a newer design, it may have a single full bridge. Same advice applies.

rebuilds are closer to 300 . keep us posted .

If you are OK with a soldering iron replacing the Mosfets is not hard. Search for David’s, Grants and my threads on completing the process.
