we bought a comuta van, its all there except the batteries. i want to update this car, its 72 volt i believe, i need any info i can get on newer parts for this car. maybe someone has one and has already done what im setting out to do. i want to put a newer speed control on it and dont know what i need to buy, help, lol. 
find out what voltage it is, and if possible, what kind of current it uses normally.

what kind of amps originally ran through it? It helps to know to size a new controller.
