2 weeks ago someone smashed into my electric car, totaling it. They were 100% at fault, cited for failure to yield, driving after revocation, and falsified their insurance when they had none. I am pursuing a suit in small claims court and need to know where I can get an estimate that I can use in court to present to the judge. Any help is greatly appreciated, I still have a significant loan on this car that I can’t drive, and if I can get some compensation then I can build another one.
in the state of Michigan you can only sue for 1500 in small claims court it looks like to me over that happened to your car.
