I had 40 nylon shock bushings made up. Hope this will help you guys out. They are cut out of 12000 psi nylon so should hold up a looooong time.

bushing
OD 17.50mm or 0.685"
Length 32mm or 1.260"
ID 12mm or 0.470"

shock eye
ID 27.50mm or 1.085"
Width 20.25mm or 0.800"
