I bought a programmer. WHOOOOOOEEEE . Any serious GEMMER really needs to have one of these things. I spent 2 hours playing with it yesterday. Guess what guys, it’s not smoke and mirrors. There are tons of adjustments that can be made. With my limited experience it appears that less than a dozen are significant to the average user. I will be playing with this for the next few days. I’m keeping track of everything to try and get hard setting data as it relates to performance,
I also installed an ammeter. If your concerned about range you really should have one. You will develop a lighter foot in a hurry
Update: i did some consumption checks. Up to about 15 or 16 MPH amps follow speed in MPH. After that Amps gou up faster than speed. I did 2 way averages and tried to keep my foot as steady as possible. 20 MPH - 25 AMPS 25 MPH - 40 AMPS 27 MPH - 48 AMP
LIGHTS - 2 AMPS 3 - AMPS WITH BRAKE LIGHTS
My machine is an e825 4 seat 3.5 HP. I have the “overspeed” set at 32 MPH and the top speed amps set to give me 28 to 29 Mph on the flat.
