My parking brake light is on at all times and no amount of handle-jiggling or on-off levering changes it. And the other day the turtle light came on and the vehicle lost almost all power. Can these be related? Any suggestions on what to check, what to fix? Thx.
It the brake pedal stuck and dragging the brakes. The newer GEMs will still drive with the parking brake applied (or stuck). Make sure the parking brake switch is adjusted properly.
