Nissan believe that 20% of the company’s sales within Europe will be electric vehicles by 2020. This is one of many great aspirations released about the electric car market in recent weeks but is it really feasible?
Well, Japanese companies have a better track record than many of their European counterparts so who are we to question this target? It is also well-known that Far Eastern governments are far more supportive of the electric car market than their European and worldwide counterparts.
