High Beams and Hazard Lights

I’m trying to figure it out if there’s any button for Hazard lights (theres a few connectors unplugged and hanging inside the white dashboard and idk if any of those is for the hazard lights switch)

2nd thing, My car goes directly to High beams, (the light indicator in the dashboard goes directly to the blue icon), is that normal?

I’ve the manual but I didn’t see anything.

it’s a 2006 I thought it was a quick answer from any owner if they have low and high beams and hazard lights I will start looking deeper.
