Gem won't start. Need help!

Cool. That should give me time to fix the busted axle.
I have a new half-shaft, I just need to get an old hub turned down a bit so that it fits inside the disc brakes.

BTW - if it happens it happens. No biggie either way.

I have more in new mechanical parts on there than what I can sell it for because the fiberglass looks kind of shitty.

Wow I have the same problem

I’ve got the exact same problem, but my gem still has the original schott charger. Is the initial 12v signal once the key comes on supposed to come from the dc/DC conv p3 blue wire to activate the timer or the green wire coming from the charger?

12v to key is from dc converter.

5 years later, this information proved to be the most useful information I had found. I’ve been struggling for days to get my cart to work. This right here was the answer! Thank you! New relay will be here tomorrow!

Good times gone by…

This was what i got for not listening to my own repair advice…

I must find that photo.

Yeah, get 'er done! Cant see it very well, but if you look at the front left wheel, you can kind of see it is a bit wonky. i was turning into the parking lot at work. Good thing my forklift wasnt built by the same assclowns as the gem.

The pos drivers side fw hub failed during a turn, causing the lower suspension arm to grab asphalt when the wheel folded up and in.

I think i may have actually set part of the fiberglass shell abaze at some point a few months later
