If the charger is yellow it has been replaced and can’t be programed using the instrument cluster. If it’s yellow it’s a Delta Q charger that may or may not be able to be programed. Search threads on here for programming a delta q charger and the correct algorithm for your batteries. They may have to buy a new programmable charger with the correct algorithm installed and sell the old one to recoup some of the cost.
If total voltage is 68 volts or below the charger will not turn on and you will have to charge each battery individually. You don’t have to remove any cables to do this and just use a 12 volt car charger.
