This fine and heavy-duty disconnect was mounted under the seat, but I thought it would make life easier mounted here, and encourage me to shut the power off entirely to keep the components from drawing current at “off”.
Also, in case of dire emergency, a simple swat at the front of the seat will totally kill the power.
Don’t know where it came from, as it was installed in the car when I got it.
It now splits the battery back 4 and 2, as it’s mounted betwen the two center batteries, which would only be a problem if I was using two 36 volt external chargers, which I have NO intention of doing.intention of doing.
