Cluster Question

My Ford TH!nk quits running. Batteries were dead.
They got replaced with a new set. Only signals, horn and break lights are back on. The central control cluster is still “blank”-not working. It has like a little tree looking thing on the bottom-see image below.
Checked the fuses under the hood. They still look good.

  1. Does Cluster need to function in order for the vehicle to be drivable? (I thought it was more for just informational reading for the batteries status and stuff)
  2. Any suggestion what to do next?

Thanks guys!

You can replace everything on the Think but with a non working cluster, nothing will work. The good news for you is because you do have something on the cluster means your cluster is at least not blown.
