My charge indicator indicates 100% charge but within 1/2 mile the charge drops 20%. I let the charge run down to 0% and the warning horn came on but the GEM ran fine. I had all the batteries checked and the speed sensor checked and all is fine, also the speed indicator only shows 000. I have no fault codes. Any help. Thanks
