Those who follow the EV industry will be well aware that Detroit Electric has this week announced a one-month delay in the production of the Detroit Electric SP:01 which was due to begin in September. The general opinion seems to be that Detroit Electric has been honest and upfront and if it does manage to avoid the dreaded “information vacuum” where rumours and counter rumours emerge, it should be fine if the one-month delay is the worst-case scenario. Do you agree?
