I have a D1 controller and I’d like to remove/increase the speed governor. Before I drop $95 on the kit, I thought I would check if anyone has used it successfully?
This is the kit: Ford Think 354D1 Owners
I thought that the D1 communicated as the T1 does.
As FL has these available, I must be mistaken.
Best to buy from them, as I have two usb cables and am not sure which one D1 uses.
One for T1 and one for T2-T5.
No experience with D1.

Dave, FWIW, i sold my flight systems T2 - serial cable and hawking db9 to usb adapter to someone with a D2 (ford think) . Aside from the mdb file being different, it all worked
I have downloaded the software and made my own D2 cable. There is more involved in the D1 cable. Be careful as you likely have the 4hp motor and don’t want to stress it too much.
