I just bought 3 used electric scooters, 2 -izip500 & schwinn s4.0, these were
well used and all the batteries were shot. I have a few questions about getting these into good running condition.
Does the motors have removable brushed, at the plant were I work we clean
the armature and change brushes alot on all dc motors.
Second, is there a website when I can find a complete wiring diagram and a
operators,parts or repair manual?
last, the weight limit for the izip500 is listed as 225lbs, I am 250 and was told
by the owner It would pull me ok, would it be ok don’t want to
break anything, after I bought them to fixup for my 6yr old grandson.
