2018 GEM e4 battery indicator on dash shows nothing

Im about an hr from one that charges 179 hr labor rate. The other wires you see on that battery go to a small add on fan they put on the dash. The 2 wires that come to it are brown and red, then changes to blue. They come out of main loom as seen in pic.

Did dash ever display full?

Pin #9, orange, to bmc, monitors pack voltage.

It was there, but not now.

It was there, but not now.

What changed? Was there an event of some sort that you can think of that might have altered its character?

Were you working on the car that day?
Did you hit a bump and the car stopped for a second?
Were you out riding in the rain?
Was it the first time you drove it home and plugged it in?

Nothing changed, could it be charge cycles? It was showing and then it was just gone, noting crazy and definitely wasn’t touching it

Where is it located, and what readings should I I look for?

I am going to change the batteries soon. When I unhook the pack and put everything back together, will I get any arcing? I had an older gem,and it actually had like a breaker switch down on the lower dash. You could switch off the car and nothing had power which made it safer to do the battery swap.

Above (post 1) you say the car drives.
Are you still using this car?
Have you cycled the battery at all?
How far does the car go in it’s present state?
Monitor it with your voltmeter and don’t go too far since it seems you think this battery is not in good health.

Above (post 4) you said PackV was 50.8. It is important to note WHEN you did that check. The read on your charger says it was boosting your batteries up to 58.7.
Do a load test on these batteries. Note how far to they drop when under load. Do a hot lap, then note how far your batteries dropped on your test lap. Plug in the car and see how fast the V comes up again.

It is totally possible your batteries are flogged and your display is showing you such.

Service disconnect plug is under the hood. Along diagonal frame, drivers side

Im not sure which one your talking about

Ok,but I am definitely changing them next week. Maybe that is all it is, because this just randomly just did it

Last picture is the disconnect. Try it. Everything should be dead except B+ to main contactor.
What battery? Not all batteries will work.
From the fast charger shown, are you sure that you don’t have factory lithium?

I saw that blue anderson connector? It looks important, but wires do not look big enough to be main power/disconnect.

No need to disconnect the B+ wire to mc. With other wires disconnected, it is dead ended there.
It disconnects the 48v to aux circuits and 12v battery.

Still waiting on my new trojan agms to come in. Anyone ever figure out how to fix this issue

Burn it?
Shoot it?
Crush it?

Lol,I hear ya,but got to much invested already
