I still have the PMAC. I had aspirations of doing something cool with it… alas… It’s still in the box…

The PMAC Kit I intercepted was directed to ScottyD.

I don’t know where it ended up after that.
You should send the kit part back for testing. Somehow, I was thinking you got parts from him after the crash. Like the low speed gearbox. No problem, I thing I sent you a kit later. Again, no problem if lost or I’m mistaken. I can bench test with a motor, now. The un-named one, connected it but it cogged so bad that he though the gearbox was bad. And maybe it was, but cogging is a function of pmac motors. It’s bad when run no-load, and terrible if timing is off. If phase wires are wrong, timing is crazy bad. He isn’t known for patience and pulled the whole works.
I need to find a home for these, and retesting them is a start. The are so torque’y and fun, someone needs to be playing with them.
A client who picked up a rolling chassis from me bought a pmac me3031 kit from a mainline ev company, and brought it in for de-tuning, iirc. So I should have his dcf somewhere in my dcf file hell.
