We have a 2009 GEM that doesnt have power on hills has an overheat light on all time. I have replaced the motor and controler and has new batteries. In help or diagrams would be appreciated!
What motor did you install? Chances are the new motor did not come with a temp sensor.
You need to find the wires that went to the old motor/ temp sensor and connect them together.
Look for a two wire plug running in the split loom going down to the end cap of the motor. The three wire plug is the speed sensor.
Will try that! You are correct new motor did not come with temp sensor.
