We have a 2009 GEM eL which constantly displays the icon showing the vehicle is plugged in, even when it’s not. And (of course) the vehicle does not move when it is plugged in. I did the things listed in the service manual - checking for loose wires and testing for current between the # 2 pin in the motor controller connecter and ground - and found nothing. No loose wires or connections and no current where specified. Anyone got any suggestions? I really don’t want to haul this thing 250 to a service center.
