2005 Gem e4 leak from somewhere?

We haven’t taken it apart yet but before we do, does anyone have any ideas what could be the cause of this leak?

Looks like Diff cover to me. Get a socket wrench under there and see if any of those will turn just a bit.

Otherwise does it seem like it is coming coming from the bottom of your motor connection? Take the motor off and see if the entire inside is wet an oil soaked.

The input shaft seal is a common leak.

My guess’s
#1 it could be coming from the transmission overflow vent. The transmissions create pressure inside the transmission as speed increases “kind of like a windmill” they have a vent that allows access oil to run up a tube and accommodate the oil and when you slow down the oil travels back down the tube and back into the transmission it’s possible that the two may have come off.

#2 like assembly required, said input shaft, which would require you to remove the motor and replace the seal at the input shaft
