2003 gem car ignition key wiring

On my 03 gem I was painting the steering column and the car stopped working when I turned on the key. I hadn’t moved them. The ignition later fell off. I was able to get it to run. I connected the wires but I’m not sure if they are in the right space. Can anyone help with a picture of the wires and what terminals. Not sure if this is causing my second problem. My charger turns on and blinks green. The makes a few jingles and the interior fan turns on for a second. Then no charging noise.
