Hi, I am new to the board. I have a 2001 GEM I have not used in a few years and that had always run fine. I put new batteries in and I have lights and directionals, but it will not move. When I turn the key on I hear a click, based on prior posts I believe is the charging safety switch clicking over, the dash lights up and shows the mileage and then 0000 and then goes dark. The charger seems fine, buzzing away and goes through the charge cycle. Batteries are fine. Is there a circuit breaker or other things to check?
