Well, I finally got a flat and need to remove the stock wheel covers from my '01. I began to pry the edge as I would with an auto but am afraid it will crack the cover. Is there a special way to remove the covers? I haven’t been successful in finding anything information ob the web. Thanks in advance for the help!

Well, I was able to answer my own question. The wheel covers come off just like any pry off covers. Mine were 17 years old and brittle. On the inside of the covers is an 800 number for ordering replacements. $39.95 plus shipping gets you brand new silver covers. Easy-Peasy!
