Ohio State University could well be the toast of the electric car market amid plans to test a vehicle which researchers believe will hit 400 mph. The vehicle, nicknamed Buckeye Bullet 3, is a collaboration between the University, Venturi and battery company A123. Will it manage to break the current record of 314mph?
