I just joined this forum to learn about the GEM vehicles.
I have a couple of CC golf cars converted for around the neighborhood transportation. I am also currently rebuilding an old Vanguard Sport Coupe, built in 1973, it is based on a CC Caroche chassis. Here is a link if you would like to check out my progress:

Lately I have found myself looking at the GEM E825, and thinking it might be something new to build when I finish the Caroche.
