While many people believe that 2013 will be the year of the electric vehicle it seems that Chevrolet is looking further ahead with news that the Chevrolet Spark electric vehicle will be available as a “fleet-only vehicle” in Canada from 2014. While it is a little disappointing that it is set to make its introduction to the Canadian electric vehicle market as a fleet car it is most certainly a step in the right direction.
Will the slowly slowly, softly softly approach of Chevrolet be successful?
