AC motor /Lithium Install on 2013 Gem E4 with no PDSM(basically rolling chasis)

Perhaps a pic showing the damage will reveal the error?
Diode in backwards?

I think he may have jumped ahead of the throttle test and connected switches and main contactor.

Which is ok if done correctly.
See diagram of typical Sevcon wiring above. That should be correct and hopfully same as my instructions.

Mikekc may not be familiar with two wire throttle wiring. Pin 34 supplies 12v to one side of reostat. The other side is B-.
P22 senses pin 34 as the reostat goes from short circuit to high resistance.
0 to 12v .
Pin 34, 12v supply, has an internal series resistor. It is not damaged with zero ohms to B-.

@AssyRequired , fyi.
The pcb is used to connect the outputs of an oem gem to sevcon inputs.
None of that is needed in the situation.
Pcb is only a convenient place to connect switches to Sevcon.

The sevcon can be connected as shown in typical diagram way above.

Yep- Picked up on that.

I did go ahead and make all the connections. I obviously missed something/got some part of the schematic wrong. I am around today and tomorrow if you have time to do a video call.

Would this work with 2 seperate switches just to test? I do not have the original switch(FWD/N/Rev) with me so I picked up some basic switches from the auto parts store.

Yes, but no need to get ahead. Nothing can work until throttle is sorted out.

@MikeKC
What voltages would be programmed for a classic throttle?
Clubmc is getting 6 blinks.
1.5v at idle.

2001/2002 - is like 1v to 12v
2005+ is like 1.2 - 8v I think, I would need to look at a DCF to be sure.
