Gem car 66 code. So my gem stopped and had a 66 code. Sent the controller off for repair and reprogramming. Still had 66 code. Changed out motor. Still have the code. Car has all new batteries. Any ideas?

BTW. The solenoid pulls in but immediately kicks back out
