2010 vs 2013 GEM (I was told 2013 way bettter)

I have a 2010 E6. Local guy has 2 2013 E6s for sale for cheap. He says “2013 is the first year Polaris put their version of the GEM car out after the acquisition. The 2013’s have Polaris suspensions which are far superior.”

Is this true? and is it infact much better? Are there any other differences to make it worth the switch?

the 2013 and up deffinently have a better suspension on them . i just did a 2007 to 2014 just for the better suspension .
