The description says charger is missing but could that be just the plug in cable? Isn’t the charger built-in? Also the miles are not showing. I saw these started at around $10K new. I’d buy to just play around with it a month or two and flip. Could I get $2-3K for it if all is well? Also, is there a low cost way to up top speed to 35 mph? I had a Miles EV that was modded to do 35.
