Project GEM Cars

I have two 4 seaters and three 2 seater GEM (Global Electric Motors) that would make a great project for someone who has time and space for storing these NEV’s (Neighborhood Electric Vehicles). Or they are great parts cars. I unfortunately do not have the time to focus on these cars. I have titles for 4 out of 5 vehicles. They are all 1999-2000 year’s.
