# Zivan charger issues

Hello I have a zivan charger on my 99 gem. When I plug it in it makes all kinds of beeping sounds . There is a sticker on it saying it was up graded by zivan . There are no lights on it anymore after upgrade . Can someone tell me what might be wrong is there a relay bad or maybe not hooked up properly.

Error codes are on page 5. The light is the tri-color LED above the steering wheel on the spedo/odo gauge panel.
