this betery was around some 30 years ago and i wonder why it was not mas produced then so i can only imagine there is some hidden fault we dont know about similar to lead acids and their sulfating up.  
or the aluminuum air battery where the hydrogen produced created a back emf and so small currents.  
or silver zinc and the low charge discharge life.
