# What is the realistic mpge for your electric car?

We hear many ideas and comments about miles per gallon equivalent for electric cars. Are the published mpge figures the same as actual mpge for your electric vehicle?

my sticker says 76 mpge, but not sure how i wouls actually calculate it.
