Is there any truth to reports of the Chevy Volt Convertible? Road & Track tends towards the more serious or are they just pulling an April Fool’s joke early?

Is the technology ready for placement in such a heavy vehicle?

Didn’t mean to post twice, sorry about that. GM came out an officially denied the convertible Volt the other day. Kinda disappointed.
