# Using Public EV Charge Stations

Just a quick question…Is there any way for GEM’s to use a standard public EV Car charging station? Is there a cable or kit available to allow us to use the handle plug and convert it to our standard plug?

I have not seen an adapter, but the EV charging stations I have looked at around here have a 120V receptacle on them in addition to the 240V cordset.

That’s a cool adaptor. I’m sure you could take it apart and mount it in your gem so it’s a fixture in your car.

They make a 240v one too.  
Dq is happier on 240vac.
