# Think City Park lockup, ideas

One of our EAA club members purchased this THINK City from another member seen in this gallery:

It was working well, then suddenly can’t disengage from Park on the shifter. Any ideas what to look for?

Sorry I am not familiar with the Think City, but on a car that won’t disengage from Park, I try by moving the gear lever when the car is off. I would try moving the lever back and forth (while the key is out of the ignition) and then re-try. Does the think have a brake switch that controls the Parking brake lock on the transmission?
