# The power wheelchair deep circle battery no fully changer

I have a Q6 power wheelchair with two deep circle battery can only charged to ~22 voltage and the dashboard shown 100% charged.
When start move the dashboard shown LOW BATTERY, separately measured the them, one battery is 12.3 V and the other one ~10.3.
Whats the problem and how can solve it?

Most likely a dead cell. Have batteries tested or replaced.
If batteries are new/good, charge the low one or discharge the high one, to get them back in balance.

You have a bad cell in the 10 volt battery. Replace it.
