# Tesla fights back over autopilot claims

Over the last few days we have seen at least 2 Tesla owners step forward suggesting that Tesla’s autopilot system has been responsible for 2 expensive incidents. However Tesla is fighting back using official data from the car’s black box to show this was actually driver error.
