T4 READY FOR 5TH TRIP TO FSIP

1 66 code motor blew up
2 66 code repaired motor blew up (Lesson learned)
3 Goes to 24 MPH hesitatingly (11in lo) and hangs. Working throttle and switching off and on and it will steady up and run to 35 -40 depending on installed motor. FSIP couldnt find problem.
4 Sent in again. same as above but less frequent. now only 80% Temperature seem to make it happen more frequently.
Thoughts?
