I can not seem to figure a solution for this.

The books says “Battery voltage out of range: the battery voltage is too high or low to allow charging to proceed.”

I tested all battery’s and on full charge show 13.7v

When I discharge the battery’s and replug charger. The charge reads normal and shows charging status. When full is when this error appears.

Has anyone had this issue?

Check battery connections.
After driving see if any are warm.
Rodney says “bright and tight”.
If you have a peak reading meter, leave it connected across battery string during a charge cycle.
A bad battery connection, internal or external, will cause voltage to spike.
While you are checking, read the flashes when first powered to see what profile is being used.

All battery connections seem to be tight

There was a loose wire crimp on a line running to the battery from controller. Also the main contactor one side was slightly loose.

I would assume these items wouldn’t be charger related.

I am trying to find a peak meter to test during charge.

No battery appeared to be warm after driving.

I am going to pull all batteries tonight and load test individually.

No need to pull them.
Test voltage where charger connects. Watch for drop under load. Run car slowly against a block or such.

Then test each battery the same. A bad battery or connection should stand out.

I don’t suspect the charge, but check for correct profile in any case.

Check each battery voltage. You will probably find 1 battery with significantly higher voltage than the rest. This battery will probably discharge faster than the rest. (more common with AGM’s) You might think about replacing that battery down the road.

Are you sure you have the right algorithm programmed for your battery type?

They are decka gel batteries

Algorithm is set to 14

They do fully charge. Just recently it stopped showing green on full charge and show two flash error.

I was up to 81.9 volts during charge last night. When I checked in the morning sometime after charging stopped 77.4

Could the power have been interrupted after charge is finished?
Voltage is then too high for another charge cycle.

Tonight I discharged the batteries some then put on the Charger

Charged from 80% to 100% at 88.5 volts. Green light came on at 100%. All good then. . .

As soon as the green light came on the volts started to climb. All the way to 97.8 volts then the errror code started flashing.

Could this be a bad charger? Or bad battery.

Good question.
I’ve never seen a charger do that. Yet I don’t know how batteries could be the cause.
A charger is easier to try than batteries.
Do you have access to another charger? Even in another car.

I wonder if it can be temperature related. Is the sensor connected?

I do not have a spare charger. I am looking around to see what I can find.

I tested volts at the charger ends same readings as battery 86 whole charging. After green voltage started to rise.

Temp sensor seems to be in place. Working properly I’m not sure how to check this.

I did feel the batteries as the voltage was rising before and they all seemed cool to touch.

I have not had anytime to go for a decent ride to see if any battery drops voltage faster then the others.

Could try to turn master switch off when charger goes green.
