Hey I upgraded my 2008 gem motor and controller to the Navitas 650a, it’s great for power and doesn’t overheat. However, I melted my 200a fuse and 400a BMS. I ordered a replacement for both but bypass them and was running around when I smell a little burning. I figured out it was the main switch on my PSDM because it won’t turn to the on position anymore. I Saw a couple people in this forum had similar problems but didn’t see where I could source a replacement switch. Can anyone help me source that?

Jeezus - I would like to see pics of this melted madness.

You must have been doing some crazy rewiring. I don’t think all of the motor power normally goes through that little flippy/breaker.

When you are driving → How many amps are you pulling? Have you been watching via BMS app?
