While it is not spam, the poster did circumvent the “no links for new users” rule, and since it is a forum that discusses the same topics it will potentially send them page hits and possibly cause us to lose some. They are a brand new user so they obviously came to post & run hoping to get page hits on their site.  
Some forums I have worked with do not allow links to sites that duplicate what is already offered.

I have unapproved the post until you decide what to do with it.

I have dealt with it by snipping the link and promo text and I have issued an infraction point for advertising.
